Great point. By criticizing the traditional seminary experience, we&#039;re not saying that ministers don&#039;t need training or higher education.

What I think is sad is how the way we train and educate tomorrow&#039;s church leaders is the same way the government uses to mass educate today&#039;s youth.

Come on, we can do much much better.</description>
