I only read two of these articles so far (cage fights & credit cards), but it reminds me of a blog that I read that talks about the shadiness of the Detroit school districts, and some of the schools are now abandoned (sweetjuniper.com). But that's more of a cause of lack of funding rather than what DISD is abusing. This is crazy.
