		<description>I love you guys!  I look forward to hearing more from the two of you.  My thoughts: I&#039;m generally against marketing/advertising in the traditional sense.  I don&#039;t like that Peace likes to take out ads in the newspaper for our Christmas Eve services.  I don&#039;t like that we have done a direct mail piece to Rogers and Bentonville.  I&#039;m also not real big on giveaways, though I do have door prizes at our Christmas party and may have some silly prizes for certain events like scavenger hunts (which I don&#039;t get that excited about but we have one this weekend...I try and find enough drivers so i can sit at the building and wait for the groups to return.</description>
